Hailing from Scotland, Head Chef Adam Ion brings a wealth of experience to 2 Fish. Awarded AA Rosettes at the Western Isles Hotel on the Island of Mull, an area famous for having the best Scottish seafood, Adam also trained as a Pastry Chef in the Scottish Highlands. Working initially at Nautilus Adam joined 2 Fish five years ago, bringing his standout take on Asian European fusion dishes that diners have embraced so enthusiastically.
