At 2 Fish Restaurant we offer a dynamic work environment, where each employee is encouraged to contribute as part of a diverse and creative team. The restaurant’s location in Port Douglas calls for a seasonal approach to staffing. The restaurant operates with its core team in the low season and looks to employ part-time staff for 3 to 6 months in the high season from mid June to November.
We also look to hire staff in April, in preparation for Easter, who can continue their employment through to the following season to end in November. The restaurant is also busy over the Christmas break and requires short term employees with previous experience for 3 to 4 weeks work.
2 Fish Restaurant only considers candidates with previous experience and a resume to prove it, although each year we do try to have 1 junior floor runner, with little or no experience who we commit to train.

2 Fish Restaurant is currently seeking part-time, experienced waitstaff (20 – 30 hours per week) to start at the end of March 2016 with a commitment to the end of October 2016 or longer.
